     Phillip married second Patience Swain on November 17, 1896 in Perrys Cove, Newfoundland, Canada.4,5 Philip was a widower and Patience a widow when they married.567 Phillip Slade died on May 3, 1935 at age 738 and was buried in United Church Cemetery, Perry's Cove, Newfoundland.8
