George Patten Slade

b. 9 November 1845
     George Patten Slade was born on November 9, 1845 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Jarvis Slade and Hannah Thomas Patten. He married Cornelia Wheeler Strong, daughter of Theron Strong and Cornelia Burns, on March 1, 1870 in Manhattan, New York County, New York.2 He was textile mfr. & realtor circa 1875. George was living alone in 1900, 1910 and 1920 census. He was 74 in the 1920 census and apparently died prior to the 1930 census.3
